Present in the area since 1965, Sfilacciatura Arcobaleno has always worked in the context of processing and regeneration of frayed fibers.
It has collaborated with Zo-ma srl since its inception and offers services for various fields of the textile sector: from geo-textiles to fibers used in the automotive sector, to wadding, felts and non-woven fabrics. With a daily production of over 20,000 kg, the fraying plant is equipped with a latest-generation system consisting of 3 rotary cutters, 2 boxes, a fraying plant with 4 barrels that can be excluded one by one and 2 hydraulic presses.
From some years the company has been expanded with the opening of an additional cutting department for processing both on behalf of third parties and on behalf of Zo-ma. The department has also been divided and organized to carry out processing on synthetic fibers and processing on natural and vegetable fibers. Equipped with a total of 8 cutters (2 of these are circular), hydraulic press and in-hole press, it can boast numerous fields of use.
